Seniors Tech is certainly busy these days.
A lot of folk have had problems with such things as…..
- Microsoft Updates failing
- Telstra connections failing
- Driver Issues
- Wifi Extension issues
- Transferring data to and setup of new laptops
- Assistance with purchasing new laptops, drives, wifi extenders etc
- Plus lots more…
Fortunately, we have been able to assist with these, often at no cost over the phone, or within a one hour house call.
If we are unable to assist (hasn’t really happened yet), we have a “no fix no pay policy”, which is somewhat comforting.
