We want our services to be affordable to all who would use them.
As such, we have a tiered pricing structure based upon Concession Card holder status.
We charge “about half the going rate”, as we are very much a service to the community.
The Initial Consult (email or phone call to support hotline) is responded to free of charge, either by a 10 minute scheduled return call, or reply email, whichever is appropriate.
If you wish, we can assist further with one or more of:-
- A home visit callout
- A remote access session to a computer or “Rescue Lens” via Smartphone
- Provision of written guidelines or other advice.
We will provide you an estimate of the time and effort required once we have assessed the issues at hand, so that there are no nasty surprises!
