We want our services to be affordable to all who would use them.
As such, we have a tiered pricing structure based upon Concession Card holder status.
We charge “about half the going rate”, as we are very much a service to the community.
The Initial Consult (email or phone call to support hotline) is responded to free of charge, either by a 10 minute scheduled return call, or reply email, whichever is appropriate.
If you wish, we can assist further with one or more of:-
- A home visit callout (Min charge one hour)
- A remote access session to a computer
- Drop-off / Pickup to workshop
We will provide you an estimate of the time and effort required once we have assessed the issues at hand, so that there are no nasty surprises!
These rates apply regardless of support type, ie home visit, remote connection to computer or work conducted in the workshop
In line with our mission to support our seniors community, significant savings are offered to Pension Card Holders and Seniors.
- Pension Card Holders $50 per hour
- Government Seniors Card holders (over 60) $75 per hour
- Non Card Holders $85 per hour
