Book a Home visit if there is a requirement for hands-on activity. We will determine the need for this in our initial phone chat.

You are presented with a calendar to select the day and time that is convenient for us to visit you.

Thankfully, most issues can be resolved within the paid first hour. Additional work will be undertaken as agreed by you – we take a “sensible” approach to this.

The goal is making sure you are a happy little vegemite when we leave 😉

Book a Remote Connection if your need relates to a computer issue that can be resolved with some “remote keyboard work” by our technician.

You are presented with a calendar to select the day and time that is convenient for us to contact you – you need to be at your computer for this.

We ensure you follow what we are doing, and provide consent at various stages of the process. You can always terminate the session at any stage.

All communications are over a secure encrypted link.

Book a Rescue Lens session if your need relates to some other assistance you need other than computer work.

You are presented with a calendar to select the day and time that is convenient for us to contact you.

The Rescue Lens turns your phone into “our eyes”, and enables us to guide or advise by voice, and “drawing ” on your screen – its very nifty!

The Rescue Lens session requires you to have a modern mobile phone with a CAMERA.
